Hi, I’m Aminder Singh, a fitness professional with 30+ years of experience. My journey began as a school athlete, and my dedication led me to become Mr. Delhi Gold Medalist and Silver Medalist Mr. India in 2000.
I pioneered online fitness training in India, transforming over 1 lakh lives and helping people collectively lose 30 lakh kilograms, saving ₹1650 crores. As the India Director for RTS (Resistance Training Specialist) and the only Cybex Product Educationist in India, I am committed to advancing fitness education nationwide.
